Important Information

Guidelines

Conference Registration is Mandatory.

Separate Workshop Registration & fees additional. Maximum 2 workshop/candidate.

For spot Registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/card/UPI. The disbursal of Registration Kit for the same will be subject to availability

Registration fees include Kit, admission to the Scientific Hall, Trade Exhibition, Inaugural Function, Lunch & Dinner along with cultural program.

Please ensure to wear registration badge (Bar/QR Coded) in the conference area.

Delegate must bring receipt at the time of onsite registration at venue.

Provide us your updated email id & mobile no. It will be used for the Registration, Certificate and other conference communication.

Organizing Committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons. Conference Organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.

It is mandatory for all Delegates to carry their photo id (Government approved) for smooth registration procedure.

Refund Terms

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund of Registration will be made only against the written request by email submitted.

Till 31st March 2026
Deduction: 25%

25% of the Registration would be deducted as processing charges and rest will be refunded one month after conference completion.

After 31st March 2026 to 5th April 2026
Deduction: 50%

50% of the Registration would be deducted as processing charges and rest will be refunded one month after conference completion.

After 5th April 2026
Deduction: No Refund

No refund will be processed after this date.
