General Guidelines

Conference Registration is Mandatory

Review Papers

Review papers will not be accepted.

Abstract Content

The abstract in brief should include aim, materials and methods, results with statistical analysis, conclusion and clinical significance for research papers. Introduction, case presentation, discussion and conclusion for case reports. Photos, tables and graphs are not necessary.

Format Requirements

The paper submitted should not be more than 350 words and must be in comprehensible English typed in Microsoft Word compatibility mode, Times New Roman font, size 12.

Presentation Time

The time allotted for presentation is 8 minutes and 2 minutes discussion. (Time limit will be strictly followed).

Digital Presentations

Guidelines for E-Poster Presentation

Digital Format

All presentations should be digital posters (e-poster presentations).

PowerPoint Format

All posters should be made in PowerPoint format and will be projected on an LCD Screen at the venue.

Slide Limit

Presentations should not exceed 1 slide.

Topic Type

The topic can be a research or clinical presentation.

Presenter Requirement

Poster presentation must be done by the participant. Each participant will have 5 minutes for the presentation.

Certificate

A certificate will be provided only to the presenting author.

Abstract Page

The abstract page should include the title of the poster, name of the presenter(s), institution, designation/year of study.

Word Limit

The abstract should be no more than 200 words, in Microsoft Word compatibility mode, Times New Roman font, size 12.

Acknowledgement

Acknowledgement of receipt will be sent via e-mail.

Evaluation

Members of the Scientific committee will review all abstract submissions.

Decision

Presenting authors will receive written notification of abstracts acceptance or rejection.

Abstract Book

All abstracts will be published in Abstract Book and may be edited for publication.
